Marketing and Finance - good for getting out of the way, but also good options for Stern classes. Marketing is interesting and engaging; professor uses a lot of examples.
For Finance, the professor is very enthusiastic and he does provide handouts though, which are useful.
For electives, I've heard that Art History is fun (you get to visit museums during class) along with the architecture class (where you basically sketch buildings).
Classes to avoid: Org Comm - a lot of group work, not much time for traveling around Europe. It's graded using the Stern curve.
