I joined USWIB because there was no need to compete against one another, and the extremely strong sense of community. Finding a mentor was super important to me and USWIB allowed me to meet so many women that helped me find my way, from helping me with choosing classes to finding the best places to eat (Playa bowls ftw). Since joining, USWIB really has provided me with not only a fun loving community, but a place where I can learn about the business world at my own pace within a judgmental free environment.
